Each year Oregon FBLA offers its members opportunities to develop leadership abilities and showcase the skills they have acquired through competitive events. The following is a list of Oregon FBLA conference opportunities.
Chapter Leadersip Tour
Oregon FBLA is excited to present a targeted training for new and advanced chapter leaders and advisers. The Chapter Leadership Tour (CLT) is a great start to the FBLA year and promises to kick start energy and commitment in FBLA members! Chapter leaders will have the opportunity to meet and interact with members from Oregon FBLA and receive training from their State Officer Team. For registration information click here.
Oregon FBLA Leadership Institute
Each fall members are invited to enhance their leadership skills by attending the Oregon FBLA leadership Institute. Members are able to participate in various hands-on workshops as they are inspired by professional leadership trainers and enjoy the association of fellow members from around the state. National Fall Leadership Conference
National FBLA offers opportunities to all members to travel to different locations each year to attend the National Fall Leadership Conference. Four sites are chosen from around the Untied State each year. Please check the yearly calendar for locations for this year. These conferences usually take place during the month of November. Regional Skills Conferences
Around the state each respective Regions hold a Regional Skills Conference. At this Conference members are able to compete in two separate competitive events. They enjoy meeting different members in their district and are awarded for their efforts at the end of the conference. Each region will qualify its top competitors to compete at the State Business Leadership Conferences. Please check the yearly calendar for the date of your regional conference.
State Business Leadership Conference
The Oregon FBLA State Business Leadership Conference (SBLC) is the premier event for Oregon’s FBLA members, teachers, alumni, and business supporters. Join more across the state in Portland for three days of incredible training, intense competition, inspiring, and exciting entertainment. Top performers at the SBLC will advance to the National Leadership Conference held in different major America city each year.

National Leadership Conference
The National Leadership Conference is the culmination of the year for our members. If a members can succeed at the District Skill Conference, then place at the State Business Leadership Conference; a member is then eligible to represent Oregon at the National Leadership Conference where over 5000 students gather from around the United States, Germany, Canada and the Virgin Islands to compete and gain leadership skills by mean of the Institute for Leaders training.
