Brandon Bartels is a second year State Officer with Oregon FBLA. Last year he served as the District III Vice President and this year he is the Willamette Valley Regional Vice President. Brandon has been an FBLA member since his freshman year in high school. Brandon lives on an 80 acre Christmas tree farm up in the Silverton Hills. Brandon is a volunteer cadet fire fighter with the Drakes Crossing RFPD and his father is the chief. Both Brandon and his father are members of Marion County Search and Rescue Jeep Patrol. He enjoys building off-road vehicles and driving off-road. In his spare time Brandon likes working in the shop on his farm where he does woodworking, metalworking, and auto mechanics. After High School Brandon plans to attend OIT (Oregon Institute of Technology) in Klamath Falls Oregon, and would like to get a degree in Mechanical Engineering. After college he would like to be employed in a job that he loves.
