National Leadership Conference
The National Leadership Conference is the culmination of the year for our members. If a members can succeed at the District Skill Conference, then place at the State Business Leadership Conference; a member is then eligible to represent Oregon at the National Leadership Conference where over 5000 students gather from around the United States, Germany, Canada and the Virgin Islands to compete and gain leadership skills by mean of the Institute for Leaders training. For many members attending the National Leadership Conference, it by far the best opportunity that FBLA offers. For details on this year’s National Leadership Conference visit www.fbla-pbl.org.

Institute for Leaders (IFL)
Held in conjunction with the National Leadership Conference, this high-energy, intensive, two-day seminar is a focused-leadership experience for state and local chapter officers, as well as members and advisers. This training conference prepares student leaders and members to assume their elected responsibilities and develop valuable life skills.
